Return and Refund Policy

At “The Body Bucket”, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return a product. We offer returns and refund on the following points:

  1. If you receive the wrong product
  2. If the product has been damaged during transit
  3. If the product has physical defects

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return and refund process, we have a few terms in place:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please provide us with videos and pictures of the item in question by emailing or on Instagram @the_body_bucket 
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product should be sent within 2 days after you receive your order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • We cannot accept any return or claim after 2 days from the delivery of the product.
  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been used.
  • Refunds will be generated within 5 working days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • The re-sending time will be 7 working days from the day of complaint.
  • No cancellation after placing an order.
